The COVID-19 Pandemic has severely impacted the living costs of many homeowners, putting their property at risk of foreclosure. Fortunately, Kate Brown, Oregon's Governor, was given the authority to prolong the program until the end of 2021. It greatly assisted many homeowners in their efforts to resolve all of the fees that were required in an attempt to avoid foreclosure. The 61-year-old Governor also informed the public to take advantage of the free foreclosure consultation services available in town, which could benefit or assist them with their needs. Although some of these initiatives were only available to a limited set of homeowners, they helped to solve many people's problems. A Warning Against Scammers Meanwhile, Brown has issued a warning to Oregon citizens about scammers on the field after becoming concerned about its rising cases. With that in mind, make certain that the individual with whom you are communicating is a licensed professional with extensive knowledge of foreclosure prevention.
